I really enjoyed the book and would definitely recommend reading it. I would suggest this book to anyone who is looking for a change from typical fiction books. I enjoyed the ending as it left me itching for more. My favourite character was Paige and I admired her for her courage and strength. They had large personalities and the character development was evident.

Personally, I couldn’t emotionally connect to the characters much even they were unique and fascinating. The storyline was original and a refreshing change from the standard clichés. The idea of the book along with the abundance of information seemed very confusing initially, but it gradually cleared out, like the defogging of a pair of glasses. Each clairvoyant has a different connect to his/her dreamscape, and they each possess the ability to transport their spirits into a whole other dimension, called the Aether. I love Paige and adore her as a narrator so I love that I get to spend 100 of my time with her when reading. I really enjoyed the beautifully tiered hierarchy of the supernatural powers of the clairvoyants. I have read both The Bone Season books and Priory, and I think I prefer The Bone Season largely because it is told from Paige's POV only.
